| Meet Lynn M. Engel, CExP |
Lynn M. Engel is the founder of Aperias Management Services, LLC. She is energized by using her successful financial, project management and acquisition experience to empower privately-held business owners to achieve their dreams. Like a beacon, her goal is to light the clearest routes for achieving new levels of success and for managing the risks inherent in strategic change. Lynn believes that selling a business to third parties or transferring it to employees/family is the largest financial transaction and most challenging personal transition in many owners' lives. Therefore, highlighting a clear path for maximizing the value they receive and protecting that value during the unexpected creates a peace of mind that owners and their families desire and deserve. Lynn has worked with U. S. and international organizations, many which were privately-held or family-controlled. Global Portfolio Manager for financial IT integration activities for Johnson-Diversey, Inc., responsible for the design and implementation of plans to integrate 60+ countries on 26 different financial systems worldwide. Strategy Consultant managing successful strategic initiatives to improve 'bottom line' results for organizations in international consumer products, financial services and/or manufacturing companyies, such as S. C. Johnson, Northwestern Mutual, Rayovac Corporation, Guaranty Bank SSB and Snap-on, Incorporated. Sample projects include: evaluating post-acquisition profitability and designing optimization efforts, implementing ERP software solutions, creating targeted Internet marketing strategies, assessing e-commerce readiness and re-engineering global business processes. Lynn is a member of the Business Enterprise Institute's network of Exit Planning Advisors (TM) and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CExP(TM)), which requires completing rigorous training, testing and ongoing continuing education.
